Trucking Filing Deadline Calendar

IFTA Quarterly Filing

If a due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline may move to the next business day. Requirements may vary by jurisdiction.

Form 2290 / HVUT

Form 2290 filing deadlines are based on the month the taxable vehicle is first used on public highways during the tax period. For vehicles first used in July, the filing deadline is generally August 31.

UCR

UCR is typically renewed annually. Business owners should verify the current year's registration period and deadline before filing.

IRP

IRP renewal deadlines depend on the carrier's registration state and account cycle. Keep renewal notices, mileage records, and vehicle details organized ahead of time.

State Permits
